Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and the no-return sticker label is on the jewelries. If the label is taken off of the jewelry, the product will be non-refundable. Returns will be refunded in terms of store credit only. Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons. Please contact us for clarification if you have any questions about the eligibility of your item for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Please contact our customer service team at contact@encounteryouu.com within 15 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return in your message.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s) to us.

  3. Pack and Ship: Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization number on the package. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe and reliable delivery.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet our return eligibility criteria. Once approved, we will process your refund or exchange according to your preference.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you in store credit.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate your exchange preference when contacting us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return shipment to protect against loss or damage in transit.
